My name is Iris aka @johto.cutie ✨

I've been playing video games since I was about 5-6 years old (I'm 30 now!). The games I have the earliest memories of playing are Banjo-Kazooie on the Nintendo 64, and Super Mario Bros. on the Game Boy Color. However, the series that was the most impressionable to me as a kid were the Pokémon video games (Red/Blue/Yellow)!

Even though I started out with the Gen 1 games, my favorite are Gen 2 (G/S/C), hence my username~ Johto/Gen 2 is my favorite since it introduced the first female protagonist, Kris; the lore found throughout the Johto region + its Pokémon, we got to battle Red (aka our old self!), and the introduction of Shiny Pokémon + day/night.

By creating gaming and Pokemon content, my hopes are that together we can share our stories + love for video games, especially Pokémon! 💛

Some of my favorite Pokémon are Flygon, Gengar, Espeon, Celebi, Lugia, Jirachi, Rayquaza, Arcanine, Jumpluff, Furret, Whimsicott, Crobat, Togetic, Eelektross, Dragonite, Dragapult, Manaphy, Lilligant, Lurantis, Typhlosion, Sylveon, Ditto, and Raichu just to name a few~
